 I ordered a laser upgrade from Bell Laser in the amount of $4740. Greg Rawley at the company has failed to deliver the product ordered and ignores all my requests for refund and lies about the status of my order. Greg has a history of defrauding people. Greg's fraudulence has caused irreversible... damage to my business startup and lost opportunity.
