I ordered a $400 flower arrangement and they looked nothing like what I expected. The owner was very hostile and argumentative after I politely told her I wasn’t happy. Before I could finish talking she hung up on me. I regret supporting a shady business, that won’t even hear or try to resolve a legitimate complaint.
