After I had accepted an introductory offer (which "could be canceled anytime") I made payment and checked the box that requested them to stop the shipments. The next thing that I knew, I received a mailling requesting payment for a shipment that I never received and had never requested!

Now they are threatening to send me to ollections for non-payment. I won't pay for something that I did not request and never received!
