I ordered UGG boots from halfdiscountboots.com on December 4. Since then it has been difficult to find the website again. I did, however, one time find the PO number they sent me which stated they were shipped 12/6/2009.
However, I have no boots and since then discovered they have a history of selling knock-off boots.
I'm really stuck --have no boots for Christmas for granddaughter and have lost the money. If anyone knows what I can do, please reply.

i bought the uggs boots from them in Dec, received a bad quality knock off, shipped the boots back to them, still no refund.. fraud..fraud.
advise: find a nearest store that sells real uggs and check the quality, your friend may not be aware about the real product.

I too ordered boots on December 2nd and that's the day they charged my credit card. They sent me a tracking number too, but it doesn't tell me anything except "Origin Preparing to Post Shipment". It's said that since December 7th and when I e-mail the company they just keep telling me to track the package. The company policy says they will help with tracking after 10 days, but they WILL NOT HELP. Got an e-mail from them recently that said, "No worry, you will have for Christmas". I hope everyone reads these reports BEFORE they order from them.
My friend ordered some and got hers in less then 2 weeks and said they are of good quality. I guess it depends on what you order. I too, want to know what I can do to take care of this.
