I ordered an iphone charger/FM transmitter on 11/24/07. I got the charger around 12/12/07. I tested the charger/Transmitter in my car and there were two issues: it was not compatible with the iphone and the sound over the FM was poor. I decided to return the item by first filling out their electronic refund form. After 2-3 days without response, I decided to call the number on their website but after several trials, for several days with no answer I gave up. Their website does offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
