Ordered an on-line back exercise program. Pd with Pay PAl. After two days, no confirmation, no available download. Tried e-mail, no response. Phone call, they were unable to match my name with the Pay Pal payment, told  me that I had ordered under another name. I told them the Pay P al would not have worked if I put a wrong name in.
