I purchased Hearing aids from HearTech Labs for $297.00 With a promise of 100% money back guarantee.

They stopped working, after a couple of weeks. I tried to call, no phone number, I tried to email, made contact, was told to send a piciture of hearing aids, describe the problem.. I did.

They have not responded. There's no return address. Please help.
