Heath Wacker is a rude, ignorant and irresponsible representation of this Earnhardt family dealership located in Queen Creek, AZ. He should be removed from his position immediately due to abuse of customers and severe liability issues.

Heath Wacker was personally responsible for ignorant decisions regarding the purchase and maintenance of my 15 year old daughter's brand new 2019 Jeep Wrangler for which we paid $80k:

He allowed a salesperson to keep login access/credentials of my daughters security system and GPS long after the purchase was made and accounts transferred.

I watched, weeks after the sale, as this old man pulled up my minor daughter's vehicle location on his personal cellphone! WTF??? Then Heath Wacker personally disputed any problem, made it hard to get the system uninstalled, and only refunded a portion of this useless aftermarket accessory. Theft and extreme violation of privacy, period.

Eleven months and 4k miles later, when my daughter finally got her license, we took it into the Earnhardt family Rodeo CDJR in Queen Creek, Arizona for a review and warranty repair of a very serious steering issue probably related to the $20k aftermarket upgraded suspension, lift and tires/wheels put on by Rodeo CDJR. It had very loose steering and was causing my daughter to easily drift into oncoming lanes. Even when I drove it, and I have 29 years driving cars, trucks, ambulances, fire engines, police cars and armored vehicles! Although the service department wanted to help, and admitted that there was a dangerous problem that can be fixed by one or a combination of three things, they were getting blocked by the manager Heath Wacker.

I went to meet with him and when we sat down he said he remembered me and immediately said "I'm not doing anything for you". Ok Heath Wacker, so you are not going to honor Earnhardt Family dealership policies nor Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler warranties just because you don't like that you had to pull out my daughter's alarm and refund us, earning you a bad review online?

Ok tough guy, you crossed the line one too many times with me and my family. Mess with my money or my girls and you should expect a full-force response!

I implore the Earnhardt Family to take note of what is happening and recognize this high-risk individual in a position of authority within their company.

The Earnhardt family supports several causes related to families and children through their No Bull Charities program (like the 100 Club to benefit the families of fallen first responders, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley, and the East Valley Child Crisis Center., the Governor’s Office for Children, Youth and Families and Recycle Your Bicycle, which benefits Arizona kids in foster care) yet have someone managing one of their dealerships who displays blatant disregard for the safety and security of families and children.

In addition, Heath Wacker has a significant criminal history based out of Garland County, Arkansas including battery against both females and males, failure to appear/respond to courts and judges, and blatant disregard for traffic law. This is a good person to be helping families obtain vehicles used in everyday life, entertainment and education of families????

Until my daughter's vehicle is repaired (by a trusted source of our choosing, reimbursed by Rodeo CDJR) and Heath Wacker is removed from the position of General Manager at Rodeo CDJR, we will continue to our legal right to post factual, non-slanderous information utilizing our rights of free speech and free press.
