Hebeos They sent me a torn broken dress and refused to refund even though it was within return policy and they admitted it should be tailored

I ordered a wedding dress from them and when it got here it had holes in it and was a complete wreck. They say they have a 7 day return policy that says  "You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped."

They refused to return my money even though they admitted it was defective and I should take it to a tailor. They are liars and they don't do any kind of quality inspection. I ended up just going to a David's bridal and getting a new dress. I never got my money back from them they are horrible people.
