Helgeson Enterprises , "Rebate Zone.com" Poorly managed rebate processing - claimed that 2 separate submissions were lost in the mail White Bear Lake Minnesota
*Consumer Comment: Issues with Helgeson as well.
I purchased Pinnacle Studio Plus Titanium v10.5 from Fry's electronics on December 10, 2006. The product was advertised with 2 rebates to be claimed within 30 days of purchase and paid 6-8 weeks after submission. On Feburary 1, 2007, I checked the web site and could not find either of the submissions listed. When I called I was told they must have been "lost in the mail".
Additional research indicated that other buyers had similar complaints -- the company is extremely slow in posting rebate submissions and does not pay on time.

#1 Consumer Comment
Issues with Helgeson as well.
AUTHOR: Paladius - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Monday, April 19, 2010
I've recently had an issue with a rebate that was accepted and was listed as in processing by Helgeson. Once the 6 to 8 week processing time was up, I inquired about my rebate. The 1st time, they said the processing time was not up, the 2nd time they said the rebate would be mailed in a week, and the 3rd time I inquired they claimed they were waiting on the manufacturer to pay them. I finally had enough and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and then emailed Helgeson Customer Service letting them know I filed and was also going to file with their State's Atty Gen. Consumer Division if they did not do something about my rebate other than give me the run-around. Within a few hours I had a response from a "Special Projects Coordinator" stating they were sorry for my inconvienience and that the rebate would be mailed out ASAP. We'll see if I actually get it.
