Im tired of run arounds and phone tag that you can't get to any one for answers. My contract number is 279647, My authorization number is E08-84878-1733 for $1,732.86 for repairs done one my vehicle. Original service contract was thru Signet Financial Group Vacaville California then I was refered to Hertitage TPA in Lincoln Nebraska and they refered me to National Administration Services in Dublin Ohio. None of which would allow me to speak with management so I did not receive any answers. My work was done on my vehicle on May the eighth and to this day(August 27th 2008) I still dont know anything.
I'm at a loss for solutions.
