This company is a total sham. The promise you one thing and then deliver another. Rates are incorrect, they do not respond to the issue that they cause. I would never refer anyone to them. The worst credit card processor on the planet.
I received a response from high risk processing and they blamed another company for the issues. That is very comical since I had no problems with that company. This morning I started getting bogus authorization attempts on my account. I contacted the "other company" and they indicated that when high risk processing set up my account, they did not put any security on the account settings. Someone got the account information, probably from high risk processing and they started using our account to check stolen credit card information. Luckily, the "other company" flagged the 636 attempts and contacted us. Go elsewhere. Trust me. This company is a scam,
