Placed an order on November 18, 2008. Bank account was debited November 20, 2008. Email confirmation stated a 2 week turnaround. I'm now into the 9th week, and nothing. I've been calling since December 2nd and have always gotten a machine, until last week. The phone is now temporarily disconnected. I now see that the BBB Has them rated as an "F", understandably. Caveat emptor!!
