(Excerpt from letter sent to Craug Menear, CEO Home Depot)

Ref: Order Number WD89518042

This letter is to notify you about a problem I am having with the Samsung refrigerator Model Number RF28T5101SG that I bought online on December 8 2021 and delivered scratched by your Glendora Store on January 29 2022.

I am dissatisfied with your Glendora Store’s Manager, your customer service and Samsung customer service because no one that I have contacted in this matter has offered any remedy or compensation.  I have already attempted to resolve this problem by numerous telephone conversations with Home Depot employees at various levels, but without success.

Home depot and its roof installers My local Home depot ,which says Home depot corporate can help you, but its corporate office , the merry go round assigned to us, which serves only to us back to their untrained contractors who have destroyed your home as they have mine. In my case those w Destroyed the atrium of my home through bad installation, and robbed me of my new flashings they advertise to you but never install them, and use your old stuff and destroy your home in taking short cuts. I have pictures online, I had alos shared more, but I clicked the x while trying to backspace here and erased here They did a change of adress Charlotte ,? Nationwide
