Homeq aka Money Store how can you collect when you went bankrupt ripoff business from hell Raleigh North Carolina

i want to know how the money store can go bankrupt as of june 30 2000 and change themselves into a collection agency homeq and try to reclaim all their losses,thats double dippen if you ask me? and it sounds illegal. if you cut your loses then you shoulnd't be able to collect a dime. peggy utica ,mi

Because Homeq isn't the Money Store.

The reason for this is because the Money Store is bankrupt, and no longer a company. They sold all of their assets to Homeq. Homeq is now the company handling the accounts which were formally the money stores. So, it isn't "double-dipping" because the Money Store is out of business...
