I am not specifically familiar with Home Loan Funding and their practices, however, a representative of theirs, Chris Donelson, has ripped off many people and has had multiple business whereby he takes money and does not provide services and then vanishes.

Do not trust this individual and certainly do not do business with him. I have notified the company he is representing and informed them I would be writing this report if they decided to endorse Chris Donelson. Chris claims 13 years experience which is not true. This is his newest business and probably his latest scam.

This complaint was a personal matter that was resolved and never had anything to do whatsoever with the loan modification business. I have never taken money from a client and vanished! I do not involve myself nor do I endorse any scam.
