Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Homewood Suites, downtown Denver CO 80202: The hotel rooms are grossly overcharged. The walls are tissue paper thin, neighbors are loud, dogs are barking, neighbors are smoking illegal drugs.
When contacting "outsourced" Guest Relations: (a) the response time is very slow (b) the help, doesn't understand English and responds accordingly (c) After several emails Guest Relations still has NO IDEAL what the initial complaint was about. SHAME ON HILTON.

The title of your report states they were "overselling" hotel rooms. The body of your report doesn't mention a single thing about overselling and instead talks about things such as dogs and drugs.
After several emails Guest Relations still has NO IDEAL what the initial complaint was about.
- Guess what..Neither do we.
