I found their product to be inferior and not at all safe or comfortable. A month ago I asked for a refund. They said due to the covid they were behind in attending to refunds. Today I finally talked to a real person and she said they do not refund on facemasks. So I am stuck with a couple of dozen facemasks that do not fit and are of very low quality.
