I didn't receive an apology, a 10% discount, nor reimbursement for my shipping cost! After opening the product and using it a couple of times it smelled stronger on the magazine sample than it did on me! After approximately 5 minutes... You COULDN'T EVEN SMELL IT AT ALL!
