Houston Fence Company takes great pride in the work that we do and the products and services we provide.  We are committed to providing these products and services at a fair price.  We have worked hard to build our reputation over the years and we treat all criticism seriously, using it as an opportunity for improvement.

Let me begin by stating that Houston Fence Company is not going to be the lowest priced provider on all the fences that we build.  We strive to be competitive on every project when comparing similar prodcts and services from reputable companies.

Having said this, we do discount from our book price.  This practice is common in the fence industry as well as many other costruction related industries.  Dicounting, from a book price, allows our fence specialists the flexability to adjust the selling price to better reflect the additional costs or savings experianced on each specific job.

I regret that our ethics have been brought into question and would welcome a phone call so we could clarify what happened and use it as an opportunity to improve our business.
