Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have purchased three dvds from http://www.Movie2u.com on the 6th of June 2008. I have paid in full but have not received DVDs for 4 weeks. I contacted the company via email. They asked to wait until 7th of July 2008 so I did. Still no DVDs so I contacted them again this time asking for money back. Funny enough they asked me to wait for another week so I did. Still no DVDs. They said they resent the dvds last week. Frankly, I don't believe it and I don't think I will see the DVDs from them. I want my money back but I haven't heard from them on that count either.

I wrote to Muvie2u for the refund as they have not sent me the DVDs and this is the recent email they sent me.. I am angry to be called as a narrow minder. They also seem to think that I am the one who have lack of commitment (what commitment?).
Actually after paying money in full and not receiving the goods for 42days.... Well.... This is the email they sent me yesterday.

If you persist with that narrow thinking, we will just keep it short. You shall received it within this week so just allowed few more days.
Our next reply will be the same if you continue to show lack of commitment within our communication.
