My dog has worn Soresto collars for 5 years without incident.  I recently ordered a Seresto collar from Huang Lixiang at mortyonlinestore@outlook.com.  The collar is a fake.

Since receiving the collar, within a 30 day time period I have found 3 ticks on my dog, one of which was located directly under the collar.  I have requested a full refund, but have not yet received a response.

Fake Seresto Dog Collars

AUTHOR: Robert - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, July 08, 2019

I too was recently scammed by Huang Lixiang aka petscollarsonline.com. After ordering the collar they say on their site that a confirmation email will be sent when the item ships. Never received. I paid for expedited shipping but received it days past the date stated, (and mind you it arrived not from stateside but from China.)

None of my emails have been answered, their listed phone number does not work. My Chihuahua started acting odd as soon as I placed it on him. He became very lathargic and unresponsive. He was still picking up fleas and ticks three days later and I know for a fact that these collars work within twenty four hours (which is also stated on their site) because he has worn Soresto Collars in the past from his veterinarian and there were no issues but I was trying to save a buck, unfortunately at his expense.

I do my best to keep the pest population down with granuals and sprays but I live in the country which makes it difficult to totally eradicate fleas and ticks. I removed the collar after doing some research, he's doing better, I can only hope there has been no permanent harm. I have since filed a dispute for the charge on my PayPal card as I cannot get Huang Lixiang aka petscollarsonline.com to respond to my emails.

PayPal would do well by having this Huang Lixiang remove their logo from anything associated with this fraudulent company. I can only hope that people find this and the other posts regarding this fraud before they make the same mistake.

Disgusted with these scammers

AUTHOR: Disgusted in Florida - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, June 13, 2019

This person has several sites open doing this including one called Pets Collars Online where they claim to be in South Park PA but have the same phone number as the one claiming to be in TX and when you get the paypal notification it turns out they are *Non US * and are in China.

Another report on here posted May 2, they have been in touch with Bayer and Bayer confirmed this is a counterfeit product

I have just opened a dispute with paypal bring forth that these ppl are frauds
