I was completely taken advantage of by Hybrid Homes and Ryan Nelson. Halfway through the project he demanded that I pay an additional $5k or he would not finish. The paint bubbled and he got paint all over my sink and floors.
My house smelled like smoke for weeks after they left and the overall job quality was horrible. I cannot believe that hybrid homes has a construction license. They have violations from L&I that I wish I would have known about before I hired Ryan Nelson.
He bragged about being a multi-felon so please take caution around him.

I’m the owner of this company. I don’t have a client by this name nor do I understand any of these allegations that have been made against my company. I do however, have a very upset ex girlfriend that I’m in a child custody battle over. She’s the type.
