When I ordered merchandise from a medical supply catalog, a pop up came up which I thought was part of the original sale. It offered free shipping but was confused because I thought it was part of my original order. I ended up since October 11th enrolled in a monthly "free shipping" club and they have been charging me $12.97 since October. I just noticed in February that it was on my credit card and called them, but they were rude and said I filled out form (which I remember but also remember backing out at the end cause I had a bad feeling).

They reversed Feb. charge but I am stuck paying the other 4 months or $51.88. Can anyone help?
