This guy ripped me and my bosses off big time for tons of money and annoyance. I am so angry I could yell. He has been convicted befour for fraud just look it up on line. he makes promises and promises all talk no action.

He has stole so much money from people all around aviaition it is crazy. then he stops taking your calls. He needs to go back to jail for a long time. Dont do business with him or Aerowhatever he call himself today. IGOR KOTLYAR IS A BAD MFER.
