On October 22nd I placed an order for medical supplies from iMed.com and my credit card was charged on October 23rd under the name "GovShop.com New York". I waited until after Thanksgiving to start contacting their customer service about my order, asking when I could estimate arrival. On December 3rd I finally got an e-mail with an apology and saying they would ship it out right away with a $5 coupon as an apology. I never heard from them again despite several attempts through their site, through e-mail, and I left a voicemail. I've asked for updates and eventuallly for a refund because I was sick of waiting, but no response.

iMed finally made good

After repeated e-mails, messages through their site, and phone calls, I disputed the charge with my credit card company, got my money back, and forgot about them. Today, March 7th, there was a package on my doorstop and they finally shipped my product! I logged back into iMed.com and saw that someone did reply to my messages in February and said they'd issue me a refund. I checked my card and I hadn't been charged again for my order.
I'm not planning on using this site to order medical supplies ever again, but I will give their customer service department for finally making good. Perhaps someone else bought out the business?

The site was recommended online by someone who used it in the past with no problems, unfortunately I didn't see the other complaints until it was too late. I've also filed a complaint with my credit card to get my money back that way. Their site is still active so I wanted others to know about it and not fall into the same trap as I did!
