We love helping our clients, like this one, realize their dreams of owning a business! Our regular rate is $99 per year, state, and company but we also offer reduced rates if customers wish to either order or renew multiple years in advance. This customer took advantage of that offer and is set of Registered Agent service for 5 years, just like he said.
The discrepancy and misunderstanding have to do with an additional service, Managed Report Service, which is $49 per year. Unfortunately we don't have that set up for multiple years advance payment, so only the first year was included in the client's inital order. So on the original order last year, we had 5 years of Registered Agent service and 1 year of Managed Report Service.
When the first year was coming to an end, InCorp billed for the coming year of Managed Report Service. The services were confused and it was believed that we had invoiced for more Registered Agent service. We've reviewed the two services and everything is clear now!
