INSULA-DOME MANUFACTURES AND SELLS SKYLIGHTS THAT HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS. THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. THEY LEAK, THEY WARP, THEY FALL APART........AND IT IS NEVER THEIR PRODUCT..IT IS "YOUR FAULT" AFTER ALL, HOW DARE YOU USE THE SKYLIGHT, HOW DARE YOU OPEN THE SKYLIGHT, HOW DARE YOU USE A SHADE........STAY CLEAR OF ALL INSULA-DOME PRODUCTS. IF YOU HAVING SKYLIGHTS PUT IN YOUR HOME MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT MADE BY INSULADOME....ASK!!!!!

Dear Linda,
We installed your skylights in our home in 2007, a total of 16 skylights of various sizes, including 3 motorized.
Most of the skylights leaked, 2 of the 3 motorized ones broke (mechanism broke)
We tried to call for service appointments and service calls on many occasions, promised service.
No one showed up. We still have many issues.
Recommendation to consumers, do not support this company, they do not stand behind their products.

This internet report was just brought to our attention (we do not scan these sites) and we would like to assist you if you are still having problem with your shade or skylight. Was a serviceman of ours at your house? If not give a chance to fix your problem. If a service man was there and your problem still exist we will have him return to your house Ivy.
