Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
When dealing with this agency, on several occasions I have been told by the individual who is in charge of the office, a Marlene (last name unnown) about several other persons in the town that she has done business with. She has told me intimate and business details regarding these people, which I found to be a HUGE red flag. Nevermind the fact I won't do business with that company, it's highly suspect that such an agency who does business in this way. If they're bonding this person, it should be looked into. I took their quotes and went on my way, never to do business with them in the future.
