Its clear from your statement that you have had zero interaction with our firm. If you would have, you would know that our first meeting with any client is a Client Need Analysis meeting, which means we try to learn about our clients, their target audience, requirement, goals etc.. Based on that information, we create a custom proposal for our client. Once the client accepts the proposal, we kick off the project with a Discovery meeting which allows our team to learn more about our clients, including their overall visual preference and confirm the functionality outlined in the proposal. This is followed by a custom Wire-framing phase and a design phase, where we create a custom and unique visual for our client's website. The client has numerous approvals before we take the project in development and create a site that simply works for our clients and provides results.

The above statement “recycle and reuse the same website” seems to be more of a bystander’s opinion and not an experienced client remark.
