I currently had a breast biopsy done and the insurance said they would cover any operations i would have done but they don't want to pay for any of the co pays. the insurance is suppose to cover 50% but they arent covering anything. I already payed 160 out of pocket the doctor said in the total everything is going to be 900 dollars
