Terrorist Steven Sullivan in finance is a evil thing. I repeatedly told him I didn't want those warranties and he threatened me that he wasn't going to stop. I had to get mad to get him to stop.
I missed alot of the paper work on the car cause I was upset. And I had just been through a head on collision, I told him that I couldn't be in any stress and he still did it. He turned the sale of that car into a nightmare.
