Iron Mountain Shredding and Storage This company takes your files and puts them in storage. Attempting to retrieve them is a full blown nightmare. They hold them hostage until they are paid what ever they think they deserve. You can not get ahold of anyone. When you do they will make promises that are never kept. Boston Massachusetts

Iron Mountain Shredding and Storage This company takes your files and puts them in storage. Attempting to retrieve them is a full blown nightmare. They hold them hostage until they are paid what ever they think they deserve. You can not get ahold of anyone. When you do they will make promises that are never kept. It took over a month to retrieve my own files.

We were charged fees we did not deserve. Just try getting your money back GOOD LUCK!!! Try to close your account. We got charges after they said our account was closed. Read their reviews. Among the worst of any business. Boston Massachusetts
