Douglas Filter stated the following about his company, "they are sensitive to people who come to us that need money. Normally these people that come to us are desperate or have had problems with credit. That has resulted in a couple of our brands or companies working to help them restore credit. We started about 9 years ago helping people get funding." Two of these sister companies are Top Tradelines and Wholesale Self Corp which operate under Marcio Andrade. Wholesales Self Corp focuses on aiding people who are interested in owning a corporation. Mr. Filter expressed the motive behind Top Tradelines, "it allows us to add the qualified person onto the tradeline. We try to add them before it gets reported to the credit bureau, but it can affect the timeline. If it hasn’t posted in a couple of weeks, we do have a database that we can look and find one that will post faster. We want them to get the service and credit boost." Marcio Andrade goes above and beyond to ensure that their clients are able to get financial assistance from a variety of methods.
Leads for Marcio Andrade are primarily obtained through social media marketing. They keep a list of individuals who have viewed their website or applied for a financial service and reach out to help foster that interest. Mr. Filter expressed the sales and services process once an individual has decided to utilize their services, " if you come in on Marcio Andrade, the website would give you the full range of brands and it would take you to the individual website. CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – MARCIO ANDRADE
During the on-site interview, Mr. Filter was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Filter expressed that their most common complaint arises when potential clients are unsure as to why they need to submit a current credit report. Since this is a required measurement for certain programs Marcio Andrade will recommend credit cleanup programs or different programs that do not require a credit check.
When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Filter stated the following, "We have a database for everyone that has ever talked to us. I cannot find that file or any reference to him in that file. He refers to us in reference to EZ Unsecured and a person named Leo Davis. We are in CT not in NY. We’ve never been to NV. We did have a broker that was in Las Vegas that set up ghost sites that looked like ours, had different names. He made friends with someone at the Call center that would send leads to him and he would move over to his own company. When people would call in wanting to know where their work. We didn’t have it in the database and they would start talking about websites like ezunsecured.com and they are not our websites. Of course, the first thing we did is offer them services so they get something. We can’t refund them the money as we didn’t pay the money. He took text directly from our website and used text scape to prove it was originally taken from our website. We got a non-compete against him as he was a broker for us that signed a contract with us. There are people out there like unsecured that look like us but are not us. The Ripoff Report is not us. I know exactly who ripped these people off." In order to further assure future and current clients, Marcio Andrade has a surety bond posted on each website. You can read the surety bond and have the option to report any misconduct from there. Mr. Filter additionally stated, "we have a reputation management group that ensures that the message gets out correctly and truthfully. We put our TOB out in front for everyone to read. We ask them to check that they have read them before they go into business with us. We want them to be aware that they know what our refund policy and our privacy policy is. It's transparent, it’s not hidden, it’s not fine print."
When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to making things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Filter stated, "one thing we do is we look at those complaints. It’s hard to determine who these people are especially when they are complaining about us, but the company isn’t us. I do training for the sales reps and the experts that work with clients. My experience now includes that they go over the timing problems the scheduling issues with Top Tradelines. With Wholesale Shelf Corp, I don’t want to sound arrogant but we don’t have any complaints. The company owner has a " no refund" policy no matter what the situation. And in those websites stated above, he hides behind the Terms of Service. What does that mean? By agreeing to the complicated and unrealistic terms of service of any one of the above domains, or businesses, it's almost impossible to follow through. And when you don't, because you can't, then you're not able to get a refund, or contest the charge on the credit card. Due to the above requirements with the terms of service, that you agree to, the refund is unavailable, because technically, you didn't fulfill your end of the bargain..technically. This is the game Marcio has spelled out. This is how his customers pay thousands of dollars to entrap themselves into a Terms of Service that can't be filled by the very customer who paid for the services. At the end is Marcio with the customer's money, walking away with a smile, because the customer didn't do the job. If you read Marcio's answers to complaints about his businesses or himself, you'll see that he refers to the customer agreement and the terms of service. It's his way to shift blame to the customer for failing to do this or that. In such a manner, the customer is blamed for the failure in not getting credit, and not getting top spot on Google, and any number of customer "failures" that prevented Marcio and his crew from following through on the agreement. Did you notice that's how Marcio shifts the blame to the customer? You didn't ready the terms of service? You didn't do your part? You didn't do this or that?
There are many services Marcio Andrade offers with his package deals are simply services that are for free anyway, and give Marcio an affiliate fee for referring the paying customer in the first place. In other words, Marcio gets an affiliate fee for referring his customer. But Marcio advertises that service as a benefit to the customer, as part of his package, although it is actually free. And no refunds are given because the customer failed to do this or that. So, he keeps the money.

See there is one thing I learned early on- Back up your emails to a folder on your hard drive- Just in case your server goes down.. Then you dont lose your evidence.

In response to the post from Marcio Andrade I would like to clarify that I resigned- I was NOT fired. This after nermourous emails between myself and Mr. Andrade regarding all of the poor clients who had charged back their fees on my merchant processing account. Mr. Andrade left not only myself but 2 other previous employees with negative HUGE balances on merchant processing accounts and as soon as we asked him to pay for them he became hostile and began spewing accusations about all 3 of us. Mr. Andrade has officially accused 3 previous employees of stealing from him. This ONLY after we asked him to pay his debts. Mr. Andrade also owes nearly 50,000 in unpaid wages, commissions as well as overtime pay to the 3 of us as well. This poting by Mr. Andrade comes ONLY after my filing with the State of California against him and is clearly in retaliation for my impending suit agaist he and His Wife Korina Meza.
His claims of embezzlement are fabricated and have no weight and he can provide no proof of any claims that he makes, anything he would provide would be made up and forged. I can however provide a mountain of written documentation, emails, faxes and client statements regarding Mr. Andrade and his business practices.
No one stole from Mr. Andrade, we all owned our own companies and in an effort to assist Mr. Andrade we all agreed to use our companies and our merchant processing accounts to allow him to bill clients. None of us knew he was charging cards unauthorized, none of us knew he was stealing at the time, however as soon as we became aware of the full situation we immediatley closed out all accounts refusing to further assist Mr. Andrade and now he claims we stole reserve money from him.. What a fabrication of the truth this man has. All of us sustained severe financial loss as a result of our allowing him to use our accounts and now he has to nerve to say we stole from him?? Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black!
Mr. Andrade stole nearly $10,000 in commissions from my paychecks over the course of 6 months- and I have documentation to prove all that I say.
