He asks for money to film "Star Trek" episodes and then keeps it for himself.
He has "borrowed costumes" and refuses to give them back unless forced with legal action.
People ask him to do articles about himself and half the things he says are not true.

He has taken money from people promising costumes or cloth and then it never happens and he keeps the money.
In New York State, in Elizabethtown the County Seat of Essex, one can find numerous loaw suits he has lost in the past 20 years and most of them he has not paid money back to the winning side.

It is difficult to take the "facts" in this report seriously when the said reporter doesn't even have the correct facts in the title of the report. "Retro Film Studios" is a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), it is not Incorporated (Inc).
Given that the reporter did not even take the time to verify the facts in the TITLE of the report I urge people who happen upon it to take the rest of the so-called "facts" with the same amount of reliability.... that is, NONE.
