This office has several recruiting services the claim to offer and require up front payment up to $2500. The owner (Jim Heineman) will send you a contract offering refund if client is not placed within a period of time, and once he receives payment, no work is done on clients behalf. He then does not accept calls and refuses to offer refund of funds even though a contract is in place stating he will refund the fee if not placed. This is a fraudulent service.

DO NOT trust this con! I was shocked to see how many Rip Off reports this guy has on-line, along with criminal complaints. How can Parker County not nail this guy???
