Tried coming on board twice after first time he failed he was contracted to operate Class A semi-truck. He picked up the truck at our terminal on 1/02/2015 went to PA to NY and on Saturday 1/9/2015 texted from his girlfriend cell that the truck is at TA in Youngstown, OH. We sent another driver to get pick up the truck when they arrived the front end was damaged.
BAD DRIVER, very irresponsible and not reliable. Damaged truck (damages $800.00) and left the truck Abandoned.
Not enough for us to pursue him in court... But don't hire him........

Just wanted to give you a heads up that what YOU are doing is illegal. YOU are purposefully defaming an INDIVIDUAL online. This is NOT FaceBook where you can say whatever you wish. While YES you DO have the first amendment right to freedom of speech, your rights DO NOT superceed another citizens rights. YOU are accusing with NO PROOF other then what YOU have written. YOU are doing this ONLINE, which makes what YOU have done illegal. The web by definition is a media outlet. YOU CANNOT DEFAME ON A MEDIA OUTLET without putting yourself at risk for a defamation lawsuit. While Im sure you THINK what you are doing is "right" it is an action that can cost you. if this person who YOU have defamed chooses to, all they would need is a court order and THEY will have the proof that YOU wrote this post. Keep this in mind in the future if YOU wish to continue to defame individuals online. There IS a cost and YOU will be the one made to pay it. The web ONLY has YOUR version of the truth WITH NO PROOF!!!! If you wish to report about someone YOU must cover your bases. You MUST provide MORE then YOUR version. Otherwise all you are doing is harassment.
