I have a signed contract with James Clemmons and JC Publishers & Editors to write 20 articles. I wrote the articles and submitted them on time as required.
According to the email from James, he liked them and the editor liked them. He said they would pay me within hours. He asked me to start on the next 20 and I did.
AS of 3/22/10 I still have not recieved payment for the 25 articles that I have submitted to JC Publisher & Editor.
I worked for JC Publisher & Editor through Guru.com and I expected to be paid for the work I did.
As far as I am concerned JC PUBLISHER & EDITOR / JAMES CLEMMONS ARE A FRAUD!

Please see the other response as Guru.com has posted a rebuttal stating that the person claiming to be "James Clemmons" was running an identity theft scam, using actual company's names, addresses and information in order to entice writers to provide their personal information via a contract. Once this individual was shut out of using Guru.com, he moved to ifreelance.com. This person is in no way affiliated with Jane Content and is not an actual editor.
