Jason Raffa is a cheat whom will con you out of money. He promises web services he doesn't have the capability to complete and is full of lies and excuses upon delivery. He promises and promises but nothing happens. He agreed to create a website for me which never got competed. He asks for a deposit and then never delivers. Don't trust him or ever do business with him!
