I hired Jeff Mirabile to paint my home in April of 2003. He drew up a contract, charging me $3500.00. I paid him $1750.00 down and he never showed up to paint my home. After trying to reach him and collect, I filed a judgement against him, which is now worth over $8000. I have collected approximately $350.00 from a bank account of his, but as of now, he puts nothing in his name, his home is in his wifes name and all assets are in the wifes name.

Granted, your name appears quite unique but if the complaint isn't about "you" then why are you making it about "you"?
Someone could possibly have the same name as you. I thought my name was unique yet someone called me about property being left to inheritance to someone with my name and we determined it was someone else (darn).

I found this report on the internet by searching my name in Google. I have never lived or worked in New Jersey and I challenge this person Marc to produce factual information that a real person other than myself has the name "Jeff Mirabile" and lives in New Jersey and took money from him.
I hold this site and this character that states a person named "Jeff Mirabile" libel of defamation of my Character, but publishing my name without any proof or factual information.
I Jeff Mirabile currently living in the Chicago area, and from the New York/Connecticut area, have never worked in New Jersey and certainly not painting in 2003.
