Jeff M Swaney, owner of Renewalworks, LLC has showed lack of character by refusing to refund earnest money received on a real estate purchase that fell apart. In the contract he agreed to refund 80% of the earnest money if the financing fell apart - which it did. He now refuses contact. Do not do business with him. He continues to show lack of integrity and honor.
