We had a tax problem. JK Harris assured us that they would handle it and not to worry. They recommended that we file and offer in compromise. We signed with them on 1/25/05. It took the IRS giving them a deadline to file of 2/14/06 befoe the offer was made. The IRS rejected the offer because the paperwork was wrong.

Then the IRS began an audit of one of our back tax years. JK Harris resubmitted the offer in compromise during this period which is not allowed.

The offer in compromise was rejected again and JK Harris says Oh well tough s**t! WE made $5070 off ya and you owe the IRS! They refuse to take our calls.
