I tried to leave her program and even had to block her on facebook as she would not let me go. I have screenshots and emails of my attempts to leave.
She continues, even after asking her to stop, to send me emails about her program. This whole situation is disturbing, including my experiences while in the program itself.

Joan and the ARC Managers carfe about how the members are treated and are deeply concerned about them as an individual and their experience in the ARC. We go above and beyond helping a member to feel supported, cared for, and helping them to feel safe.
We wanted the best for Melanie and had hoped she would stay. We saw that she really did want to leave and expressed to her she can cancel by going to the website and cancelling. We are sorry she interpreted our support for her in the ARC as something negative. We wish her all the best.
Emails are sent out to whomever had subscribed to our emails. At the bottom of her email is a link to unsubscribe.
