John Winterfall "Your resume has been excepted" check in the mail to buy software Internet

I recieved this call a few days after submiotting a resume on INDEED.com for a maintenance position, I recieve a call from two zero eight four five one seven six eight four from a Laura Shin a supposed office staff person from Mc Laren Technology Group which is affilated with the Mc Laren F1 Racing car company in England, My first thought is OK I'm lucky enough to get my resume looked at, I was told to hang on the line and also to access Google hangout's which I happen to have. After a minute of waiting The supposed Head of some department came aboard named John Winterfall, he copy and pasted information from the Mc Lauren website some of the spiel they use. He also copy and pasted some other info to make it look good. He explained tha they were hiring 16 people to join the company if they passed the screening questions, I did to my surprise, He then went on to talk about an Apple laptop that was being sent to my home for me to use only, he stated that they would send a check for the required software the needed me to you. A check would be sent asap to purchase it and some equipment which he described as well. They got my personal info but not my social or bank numbers...That would never happen anyway... He claimed leter I had the job and would work at home from 9 to 3 everyday for 15.00 oper hour for two weeks and then be advanced to 35.05 per hour when training completed. My first RED FLAG was the outdated software they wanted me to purchase from their vendor thay aklways use, the second RED FLAG was the age of the software and they had two versions of accounting software from 2011. He also mentioned some other copy and pasted names which don't matter now. He made me state what he wanted done with the check and to notify him when I deposited it into my bank account. That was RED FLAG #3. I noticed the phone number of the lady who listed her supposed name and went on line while conversing with these scammers and looked both of them up... The phone number is in Kootenai Idaho, RED FLAG #4 Mc Lauren desn't have secretaries or people in Kootenai Idaho, USA with the phone number 208-451-7684... They wanted me to use  MYOB as well, another accounting software similar to Peachtree...  The software should have been on the laptop they were supposed to send don't ya think... Also why buy equipment with a check and then ask me if I had the same equipment or equipment like it later in the conversation... He asked me to contact him the next day at 8:30 and I did, he was waiting on my Hangout's page waiting for me to give me my daily assignment...write him a page long article about "How to manage cash flow" and that was it! another lie...what happened to instructions about what to do or study or info on the company...anything... It was a scam all the way... here's the guy's email too from his email address he left for me to file my assignment ...onjohnwinterfall857@gmail.com...  I ran backgroud checks, phone number checks, IP address check, No hits from any USA databases or Gmail concerns or any US IP platforms... Even his Google+ account has thousands of hits and he only has a 1 friend listed and a few followers-associates no information listed, no Facebook, no  likeindin account ,no record of any kind, no address, no nothing at all ever on any background checking site... His scam is identical to many others on the Indeed complaint site. Why doesn't INDEED ever call and confirm these Employers...You would think they would verify the information to safe guard us job seekers like they request all the info from us to be correct... This guy goes by many names and continues to scam people...can't someone track him down some how...we are supposed to have the best law enforcement agencies... Lucky enough I did not give him the vital info he wanted...I ahve also contacted Mc Laran Technicology Group
