Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
He states he can legally get you a CPN Number. Don't trust or believe anything he says...the numbers are skip trace numbers and You will do Yourself and your name an injustice.
These numbers are not legit in any way.
Don't pay him a dime.
He charges $300.00
He also refers you to trade line companies that are on the run.
Buyer Be Ware...and help your self the legal way. Hire an attorney.

If you are a licensed private investigator, which you really should consider doing if you are going to be in the skip tracing business, you should be able to get a CPN without much of a problem.
But when some dude with NO credentials ( and NO credibility with me cause I check on the backgrounds of these folks --and you can too) is offering information like THIS, then I suspect that it is a SCAM because otherwise HOW CAN HE GET IT?
He doesn't know anybody. Nobody who has access knows him...
He doesn't know anybody, he has no way to get it because he is NOT licensed so he is more than likely LYING and wanting to make a quick $300 bucks off a sucker.
So it looks like he did.
ALWAYS CHECK OUT THESE PEOPLE FIRST.
I WANT TO KNOW WHO I AM DEALING WITH.
