Josh came to the house to diagnos our freezer issue. He proceeded to replace the compressor. After he eft the sides of the frezer got hot 144 degrees. He said the thermostat needed to be replaced and made two different appointments to fix it.

He never showed for either one and never contacted us as to wgy, A total rip off artist. He connected one of the hoses to the compressor backwards, and left the condensation hose hanging on the floor and put the compressor in upside down. This guy is a scammer and needs to be stopped!!!
