Joseph Gentili an Assistant Attorney General moved to Florida after working for the Government up north.  He recently issued a subpoena duces tecum without deposition in a case without following the rules of civil procedure.

When he was called out on it, he lied and said it was for a deposition even though it clearly was not for a deposition.  He then contacted the judge without giving notice and is trying to have his own personally selected judge handle the case even though the case is assigned to another judge.
