Joyce Maturano made a false report to Norwalk police, first, it was LaMirada, then Norwalk came, maybe next week it will be another department like Whittier, conspiring against me and harassing me on false accusations because they are trying to force my partner into a convalescent home.
It all started with Pat (social worker) from Whittier hospital, my partner was taken into the emergency because something was seriously wrong with him and not one of his doctors were treating him right or diagnosing him correctly. It turned out he had "hyperthyroidism" so it hurts all the organs in the body, the body goes bonkers with behavior (the person loses control) it can't be helped. Dr. Mires assisted him, however, my partner already had a failing heart and on top of all this "DEMENTIA" was what was discovered too late.
He had been at mental health as a client and not one of these idiots understood anything, they were treating Todd very badly. After two years of bullsh*t is when the Dementia was diagnosed with a full MRI. This black bi*ch Pat was relentless to stick my man in a mental hospital she is so STUPID you can't do that to someone who has DEMENTIA. IT'S ILLEGAL!!!!
Dr. Marcelino said Todd could leave the hospital and Pat didn't like that, so she called her pet DOG Joyce who is a worker for APS. Ever since then this bi*ch has been up my as*s harassing me.
So one day she calls and bugs me asking does Todd have the coronavirus, I told her NO and stop bothering me. I ripped into her and then hung up, so to be vindictive she starts having the cops gang bang on me one at a time. Let me just be clear about something, NOT one of these stupid people who think they know so much ever once offered to help me when I asked for help, knowing how bad Todd was getting, but instead I get harassed and threatened. My man is dying slowly and I am caring for him 24/7.
Yet not one of these jerks bothers to lend a helping hand. I had a Palliative care team and they're just as bad, refusing to advocate for me after I explained so many times all that has happed. Even Todd's stepsister won't help me Lisa Calce and Tina Zimmerman wouldn't help they just caused more problems. I have a right to be angry, people are sh*t with their attitudes and ignorance. It all boils down to APS and law enforcement making money off of the dying and sick. It makes sense to me, hell the Gov't makes money off of human genocide and WAR, this is the main reason the CORNA VIRUSES was set off.
They are conspiring against me to hurt Todd not to help, oh I am supposed to think a convalescent hospital treats patients good, hell NO they don't. It has been very hard caring for him, but not one stupid person has offered to help especially Joyce not once has she offered or asked what happened at Whittier hospital, Joyce Maturano is a vindictive Bi*ch with one intent in mind to lock Todd up. She probably gets kickbacks.
ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES DOESN'T HELP ANYONE, THEY WANT TO LOCK UP THE SICK AND DYING!!!

The ignorant unknown responder to whom replied to my report is a moron. Why because that person has no idea of this case or the details of the what Joyce did. This person is also a liar, we are a man and woman and Joyce is a liar. Joyce never once asked how to help or what I needed for my significant other.
If APS is so concerned about adults and their welfare, they why are so many homeless and not recieving any asistantance? Because adult services doesn't care, they are about "incarceration", not helping people who truly need it. This is the reason I had to fight so many people, from doctors, to social workers to stupid people like Joyce. She is a trouble maker and a liar. The last time she called was to bother me about COVID. No one has it, I yelled at her she calls the cops lies to cause trouble. Its only because my husband has a past record is the reason everybody is so eager to lock him up.
Governement corruption is really and all agencies including police are guilty of this corruption and are allies to such, bullying and threatening how people choose to live their lives. Joyce is guilty of that corrupt behavior.

Your partner has Dementia and cannot make decisions on his own. The only person who can make those decisions is a POA and if you do not have POA them APS has the right to do what is right for this person. This individual's race has nothing to do with the circumstances so stop with the name calling.
I have been dealing with APS for many years as a SOCIAL WORKER so unless you have POA over your partner (like I stated before) then you cannot make decisions for him period. That is the Law and if do not like it then you can hire an attorney but since you are a same sex couple that would be hard to prove that you are able to make any decisions without legal paperwork.
