Jump for Fun stated the fee would be $199 in cash; we had rented from the same company last year so we knew it fit thru our side gate. The delivery man told us "It was hard, hard work" & refused to unload it while we pleaded with him in front of our 4 year old birthday boy. Eventually while I went inside to make arrangements with another company for the same bounce house, he decided to set it up. He was trying to get us to give him more money on the spot.
