Matthew Riley was just arrested on felony charges for rape and burglary.. they also higher rapist to do maintenance, also drug addicts. At this time they have been run out of a town or two in Iowa for their horrible ways. Denise is no angel if she dosent like you she will do what she can to make you suffer most of their current town knows this and will tell you that. They do half a*s jobs, threaten tennants and will enter your home in invited or permitted. Here is the link to mat rileys current arrest. Keep in mind he and denise were founded on dependent adult financial abuse/exploitation by stealing mat fathers money to try and buy property and other things, which someone already posted about. Let the record reflect that this gentleman was found not guilty! These folks are great assets to the community. It is obvious that the person who posted this had issues in paying their rent or being a productive citizen of our society and destroyed the unit they were in. Keep up the great work of cleaning up the town and the problem people of Red Oak!
